Noelle Spencer
Interior Designer & Real Estate Advisor
Noelle is a native Washingtonian, real estate creative extraordinaire, and all-around talented gal who has been helping clients find the right property since 1981. Full Disclosure, the home was for her parents, and she was 10 year old. Nevertheless, her knack for matching people and properties was clear.
Five years ago, after failing to realize her childhood dream of being a Prima Ballerina for NYC’s American Ballet Theater, Noelle picked herself up and said, “get over it girl” (because she’s flexible like that) and took her intuitive, creative brain into the world of real estate.
Along the way, she’s blazed new trails through the city with her unnerving ability to conquer any challenge she faces, whether revamping an “unsellable” listing or scouting the city for rental investments. Noelle has an uncanny ability to take an ordinary listing and make it extraordinary or more importantly, a big success.
Her clients and colleague say they love her out-of-the-box thinking, relentless patience and tactical design chops, and wicked sense of humor. And the feeling is mutual. At least until her goal of being on the cover of Fast Company magazine comes through. But for now, she’s into making deals and creating spaces that blow minds, so if she takes on your real estate journey, you can consider your mind blown.
WHEN I’M NOT ENTRENCHED IN DESIGN PROJECTS OR SELLING REAL ESTATE:
I enjoy spending time with my family. You can often find me in tights and toe shoes on the weekends. I believe my long-term love affair with classical ballet helps maintain flexibility, balance, and grace both in the classroom and in my business. My greatest love and weakness are for my 18-year-old son who rocked my world back in 2004 and continues to inspire and ground me daily.
